[bug] wesnoth 1.16.1 (and 1.16.2) segfault

As described on https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/issues/6603#issuecomment-1086428050 there seems to be an Alpine (I assume musl) specific bug in wesnoth that does not exist when running the flatpak/container version.

Adding this as a reference / tracking.

Also it seems we can remove the sdl_ttf dependency.
