util-linux-login and acct conflicts

Currently util-linux-login and acct both provide usr/bin/last and usr/share/man/man1/last.1.gz, causing installation errors if commands from both packages are required.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
