graphviz SVG support

Current edge/main/graphviz does not support SVG format:

Command was:

/usr/bin/dot -Tsvg -Goverlap=false /var/lib/ntop/ntop.dot -o /var/lib/ntop/network_map.svg 2>&1

Results were:

Format: “svg” not recognized. Use one of:

Can SVG support be added?

This is related to #1338 (closed) as optional dep of ntop.
