aws-cli seems broken currently with ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'awscli'

It seems this may be loading the module in the wrong place or something, but I haven't sorted out what is going on yes.

cc: @vaka (package maintainer)

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/aws", line 19, in <module>
    import awscli.clidriver
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'awscli'
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
