Request: split libsynctex from texlive

I'm no LaTeX expert, so having the PDF reader along side my editor previewing where I'm editing (especially in a large document) is really helpful.

At least in Zathura case, it needs libsynctex from texlive in depends to get that feature. Texlive is large and complex, so including it in depends is not feasible. Therefore I suggest we split libsynctex into a separated package. AFAIK Arch and Void already took this approach.
