community/newsboat: Incorrect number in --version

newsboat-2.25-r0 in 3.15 (and presumably edge, since no new commits since then) shows version as the aports tag rather than the actual newsboat version:

$ newsboat --version
Newsboat v3.15.0_alpha20210804-4411-g6ef8a4 - https://newsboat.org/
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
