Graphical mode for links, mouse support for w3m

Currently links is built with --disable-graphics/--disable-x and w3m is built with --disable-mouse. I think these would be useful features for these browsers to have on mobile, e.g., on postmarketOS (opened an issue there, was advised to ask here).
