Add support for Hardkernel Odroid xu4 and family

It would be nice if the generic armv7 build of alpine would include uboot for odroid xu4 as well.

The dtbs are already there, but the u-boot is not configured with it yet.

I have a xu4 and I think the right serial monitor, so I can do some testing.
