Raspberry Pi 4B always registers as "localhost" on router with DHCP

I have an Ethernet connection from Raspberry Pi 4B to my router. As I can see the hostname it get registered with router via DHCP is always a "localhost" despite I change hostname with setup-hostname or hostname.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
