Conspy no longer on 3.13.0

I am a conspy user which was dropped from Alpine Linux busybox package since 3.13.0. As it states, it is rarely used, but it is needed during troubleshooting systems remotely.

Maybe it can be added to busybox-extras.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
