community/pipewire: jack-based programs freeze

0.3.21-r1 is latest that works as expected
0.3.23-r0 and git version based on slightly modified APKBUILD from master doesn't work with jack-based software.

For tests I built and installed all subpackages.

When I start eg. jack_lsp from jack-example-clients it should list me all sinks and sources and exit, but instead it blocks and waits forever. It's something alpine-specific as on Arch Linux it works as expected. Rolling back pipewire to 0.3.21-r1 makes it work again.
