package octave 6.1.0 is buggy, please update to 6.2.0

I think the title tells all: octave people upgraded quickly and so 6.1.0 is not usable for me. But in 6.2.0 there are fixes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
