Enable aarch64 for handbrake

Have tested building handbrake from the aports package on a Raspberry Pi 4 running aarch64 architecture with the only edit to the APKBUILD being to add the aarch64 architecture. It builds without error and runs just fine.

Please update the package so it builds the aarch64 package.
