installation of octave does not work

This is not a bug on apk but seemingly a problem with the package. Trying

apk add octave --repository http://dl-cdn.alpinelinux.org/alpine/edge/testing

fails with

ERROR: unsatisfiable constraints:
  so:libhdf5.so.200 (missing):
    required by: octave-6.1.0-r3[so:libhdf5.so.200]
  so:libqhull.so.8.0 (missing):
    required by: octave-6.1.0-r3[so:libqhull.so.8.0]

Shall these packages be in testing also??
