msmtp: does not provide sendmail command
It has a sendmail compatible interface but if anyone is looking for /usr/sbin/sendmail it won't find it.
Other distributions seem to have a msmtp-mta package that provide the sendmail link. Alpine could provide such a package as well or just include the link in the msmtp package.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
