community/networkmanager: NetworkManager.conf still using dhcpd as dhcp client

I see that recently the NetworkManager APKBUILD was updated with a build option to use the internal dhcp client as the default one (db03cede). When installing the package though, we still have dhcpcd as the dhcp client since the NetworkManager.conf file that comes with the package has it set that way. Is it intended?
