community/gnome-feeds: Add py3-dateutil and py3-pillow dependency

Thanks for packaging gnome-feeds!

Unfortunately the rss-parser component of gnome-feeds depends on the packages py3-dateutil and py3-pillow, which are unfortunately not declared in the APKBUILD. As a result, the application failed on startup (postmarketos, gnome-feeds-0.13.4-r1) until both packages are installed manually.
