Nheko requires old version of mtxclient

Nheko cannot currently be installed, because it wants the 0.3.0 version of mtxclient's shared library:

ERROR: unsatisfiable constraints:
  so:libmatrix_client.so.0.3.0 (missing):
    required by: nheko-0.7.1-r1[so:libmatrix_client.so.0.3.0]
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
