Our ARM infrastructure is unreachable at the moment, so CI jobs will time-out and packages will not be updated until the servers are back.

File conflict between unicode-character-database and unicode-emoji

The following files conflict since both packages provide these:

usr/share/unicode/emoji/emoji-data.txt
usr/share/unicode/emoji/emoji-variation-sequences.txt

unicode-emoji contains the following files that unicode-character-database doesn't contain:

usr/share/unicode/emoji/emoji-sequences.txt
usr/share/unicode/emoji/emoji-test.txt
usr/share/unicode/emoji/emoji-zwj-sequences.txt

Not quite sure what's the best course of action: Should we remove the unicode-emoji package and add the missing files to unicode-character-database, or should we remove the emoji stuff from unicode-character-database and move everythong to unicode-emoji?
