perl-time-modules was renamed

Some time ago Time-Modules was renamed to Time::Parsedate. https://github.com/muir/Time-modules/blob/859a4e8458f105c592e47026cceadfb80cc4cb29/Changes#L22

main/perl-time-modules should be removed community/perl-time-parse date is the most recent update and includes the replaces=perl-time-modules setting.

main/time-modules is a dependency of: community/rt4/APKBUILD: perl-time-modules main/perl-astro-suntime/APKBUILD:makedepends="perl-dev perl-time-modules" main/perl-x10/APKBUILD:makedepends="perl-dev perl-astro-suntime perl-time-modules

they should be changed to perl-time-parsedate and the APKBUILD files updated
