The vips 8.8.3-r1 package is built without libheif support

The build script for the vips package here does not depend on libheif-dev. As a result the lib fails to parse heic/heif files, and must be rebuilt each time if that functionality is desired.

The build script already handles all the detection, so libheif-dev just needs to be added to makedpends. I can open a PR if someone can point me to where I do that for gitlab.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
