Raspberry Pi 3 B kernel not found

After following this the green LED blinks 7 times indicating that it can't find the kernel.img. The 3.10.3-armhf and the 3.10.3-armv7 versions both have the "no kernel found" issue but the aarch version has the "SDRAM not recognised" error.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
