Feature Request: Enable xfrm interface in kernel config

Hi,

XFRM interface supported on Kernel 4.19+. Also supported strongswan Version 5.8.0.

This option required for route based vpn.

Please enable this option in kernel.

CONFIG_XFRM_INTERFACE is not set
