HDF5 version
In commit 2df9ee77
<https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/commit/?id=2df9ee77b86b192cc2be14300c13df3593dd0f69>
it seems that the HDF5 library version was upgraded to 1.10.5, but the
headers were not, causing a python script using h5py to fail. Let me
know
if there is any other information that would be helpful.
