As of v2.11 upstream is using autotools. Also add xcb-util-xrm-dev
make dependency to satisfy XCB_UTIL_XRM module requirement.

Most of these updates is based on data from https://repology.org/,

New packages do not have config.sub anymore

Since abuild v2.22.0, these are removed automatically unless 'libtool'
option has been specified.
