go recently received a security upgrade to 1.12.8 (f4894bf9) this
upgrade fixes various CVEs in go standard libraries, for instance in
HTTP/2 functionality. Since go is statically linked packages using this
functionality need to be rebuild.

Upstream add suport for xenstore-watch

All files required except for the display specific binaries are in
"kodi". X11 is in "kodi-bin" and Wayland is in "kodi-wayland" and GBM in
"kodi-gbm". Unless the user explicitely installs "kodi-wayland" or
"kodi-gbm" first, "kodi-bin" (so X11) will be installed by default when
installing "kodi".

No pkgrel bump, resulting binary should be identical.

Modernize while at it. The previous version didn't build anymore,
upgrading helps, also using the provided makefile.
