To boot ppc64le we need to use grub with ieee1275 platform. Said that,
a new section to support grub ieee1275 was created.
Also needed to change xorrisofs command by grub-mkrescue, that is the one
used to create a bootable image for power and it is also a wrapper to xorriso.

Fix from upstream master

Disable check for now, test is planned for upstream 1.18.7

docker: disable for now.
Currently we still cannot boot Alpine s390x natively yet, most usage are
running inside containers. Thus it is not likely we need Docker on s390x
for now.

Bug introduced since 52.1.0-esr

we use lua5.2 dependencies. that way we dont pull in more packages than
needed.

Dante is failing because they are using #if MACRO, where MACRO is just a
number.
In this case, they just use #ifdef or #if defined(MACRO). Fixing it to
enable dante to be buildable.
