apk dot: don't consider unknown conflicts as error

If a package conflicts with another package which is unknown shouldn't be listed in apk dot --errors.

In alpine linux for example there is hylafaxplus which conflicts with hylafax but the haflax package has been disable.

This is also gives errors when a conflicting package isn't available in all architectures.
