setup-disk fails when installing on a HP-Compaq hardware RAID
This is a re-emergence of bug #3040 as reported here: https://bugs.alpinelinux.org/issues/3040
Tested on versions 3.0.6 and edge (2014-11-21).
The problem only occurs when installing on a server with HP-Compaq hardware RAID controller.
The installation goes through without any problems until at the end:
==> initramfs: creating /boot/initramfs-grsec
6927 blocks
/lib/modules/3.14.22-1-grsec/kernel/drivers/block/cpqarray*: No such file or directory. Skipped
31719 blocks
/boot is device /dev/cciss/c0d0p1
After reboot, the usual syslinux countdown screen appears and then:
Mounting root failed.
initramfs emergency recovery shell launched. Type 'exit' to continue boot
sh:can't access tty; job control turned off
The cpqarray kernel driver module is nowhere to be found on the installation environment.
