functions.sh: add SuperH support

This enables apk on SuperH, I only use sh3 at the moment, but decided to add sh2eb and sh4 too while I'm at it, sh2eb could be of interest for jcore. This patch is part of my attempt to get alpine Linux running on SuperH, and will be accompanied by a patch for apk-tools
