The gringo code from sourceforge is considered legacy by upstream.
Nowadays, upstream provides a clingo package which "combines both gringo
and clasp into a monolithic system". Since the legacy code (gringo)
requires python2 in $makedepends this commit removes it in favor of
clingo.
