scd / markdown uses a pair of '_' to emphasize text and complains when
it cannot find a matching _.

Escape the '_' that's not used for markup but as actual content.

"as as concept" should be "as a concept"

apkbuild-lint warns when backticks are used instead of '$()'. But this
should not cause a warning when backticks are used in comments.

Before this change apkbuild-lint finds an extra error in the test data:

    <file>:3: prefix custom variable with _: foo=
    <file>:3: variable set to empty string: foo=

After this change only the desired error is found:

    <file>:3: prefix custom variable with _: foo=example
