Fix for the init script so that the system database gets made after
running /etc/init.d/mariadb setup instead of failing silently.

This is an internal variable that should not be used in APKBUILDs and
prevents these packages from being added to the proper repository.

The config option is required for busybox's mdev to work, or we'll get ".../lib/rc/sh/openrc-run.sh: line 21: can't create /proc/sys/kernel/hotplug: nonexistent directory" on boot.

CONFIG_KERNEL_NOBP should be off if CONFIG_EXPOLINE_AUTO is selected

- Split gtk+3.0-demo subpackage.

install the *.pc files in /usr/lib/pkgconfig for consistency with the
rest of the system. This is also where abuild expect to find them.
