APK upgrade output not provided to the log

When starting the server locally with /usr/libexec/apk-polkit/apk-polkit-server, upgrades print to output (I guess stdout, but not totally sure) the regular APK output: (1/1) Upgdrading c (1 -> 2). However, when the server is running in the background, that information is not provided to the log, and is thus being lost. This is quite useful information and we should try to also redirect it.
